The Rudi by Bailey 1922 is a LiteStraw&® fedora crafted from Shantung Straw. A Shantung ‘straw’ hat is made from high performance paper rolled into a fine yarn and then woven; a process perfected by the Japanese in 610 A.D. Featuring a glaze that is proprietary to Bailey 1922s’ LiteStraw® finish provides a supple feel, water repellent attributes, and enhanced shape retention.
The Rudi features a teardrop crown, 2 1/2″ snap brim, and comes with a multicolor layered cording band.
Finished in the USA of globally sourced components.
